Clem Herman is Professor of Gender and Technology in the School of Computing and Communications at The Open University,UK. She has worked as an educator, practitioner and researcher to support women in ICT and other science, engineering and technology sectors. Clem’s research focuses on the employability and careers of women STEM professionals and in particular the impact of maternity and career breaks, including a recent comparative study of the UK and India.
